Is signing up to QMaids free?
Yes. Creating an office account and publishing ads is completely free. You only pay if you want to feature an ad so it sits at the top of search results.
Do you take a commission on the recruitment contract?
No. QMaids is a listing and information platform only. We don’t take a percentage of any contract. All dealings happen directly between the office and the customer.
Do you recruit workers yourselves?
No, QMaids is not a recruitment office. We’re a platform that brings offices together and makes their listings easier to browse. The recruitment and the contract are the office’s own responsibility.
How do customer leads reach me?
Every visitor who requests contact about your ad is recorded in your dashboard instantly, with a notification via SMS / email / in-app, based on your channel preferences.
Can I edit an ad after publishing?
Yes. You can edit most fields at any time, unpublish, or permanently delete from your dashboard. Only the nationality is locked after publishing, because it is referenced in the AI-generated description and changing it would break the ad's consistency. To change nationality, edit the ad while it is still a draft.
Who can register as an office?
Any office licensed in Qatar for recruitment, staffing, or domestic-worker services. Unlicensed offices are not accepted.
