Publishing Policy

The rules every office must follow when publishing ads.

This publishing policy exists to keep a trustworthy, safe environment for all users. By publishing any ad on QMaids you agree to comply with the following terms.

Who may publish

Publishing is available only to recruitment and staffing offices registered on the platform, whether for overseas recruitment, in-Qatar transfer/sponsorship-change services, temporary contracts, hospitality, cleaning or home care. The office must be licensed and legally authorised to carry out this activity in Qatar.

Content accuracy & responsibility

All information in an ad must be accurate and up to date. The office is the sole and full party responsible for the accuracy of ad data, worker photos and everything displayed; the platform bears no responsibility for published content.

Worker photos & data

Worker photos and data must be published with the worker’s knowledge and consent, in a way that preserves their dignity. Misleading photos, or photos that do not belong to the worker shown, are prohibited, as is reusing photos or data from other ads or offices without permission.

AI generation & ad review

The platform offers an AI tool that generates an ad from a worker CV. This tool is assistive only. The office must review every generated field before publishing and confirm it matches reality. Any error or misleading information in the final ad is the sole responsibility of the office.

Customer leads

Customer contact data (name and phone number) reaches the office through the dashboard for one purpose only: replying to the customer about that specific ad. Using this data for marketing campaigns, reselling it, sharing it with any third party, or using it for any other purpose is prohibited.

Prohibited content

  • False, misleading or exaggerated information.
  • Claiming a nationality, religion or experience that does not match reality.
  • Any discriminatory, offensive, or content that violates Qatari law.
  • Duplicating the same ad or publishing fake ads.
  • Photos or data copied from other offices.

Review, removal & expiry

The platform may review, suspend or remove any ad that breaches this policy, proportionate to the breach, and reaching out to the office where possible. Ads expire automatically after a set period and can be renewed by the office; a featured-ad option is also available to highlight an ad at the top of search results for a defined fee.

Reporting a violation

If you spot an ad that breaches this policy, please report it via our contact page, including the ad URL and the reason. We’ll review it as soon as possible.
